I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely view from the windows. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft. It was convenient to have coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast buffet on the rooftop cafe was extensive and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed being able to make my own waffle. The hotel is in a fabulous location, right near the harbor and with stunning views of the mountains. It is also conveniently located to all main areas of the city. The staff at the hotel were fabulous - they were friendly, helpful, and provided wonderful tips. They even helped with booking and checking pick up times for tours.

    Nothing to be said.

Great Location, Amazing View, Helpful Staff

The room, although small, had everything I needed and was kept very clean. The only minor issue was that the wifi connection was not very strong.

Great location with easy access to bus stop and major landmark. Lovely ocean views. Convenient hotel amenities including jacuzzi/sauna.

Limited lighting in the room and no room service. The shower triggering a fire alarm when left open, causing inconvenience.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city center. It was a perfect location for us as we were able to walk to all the main attractions within minutes. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making reservations for us and ensuring our trip pick up went smoothly. The room we had provided a wonderful view of the bay and the Harpa concert hall, which was quite a treat. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast served on the top floor had a delicious spread with a beautiful view of the surroundings. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant, with the food being very tasty.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the bay and the Harpa performance center. The breakfast at the hotel's Sky Bar Restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed starting our day with a beautiful view.

The rooms were a bit worn and the mattress could have been more comfortable. We also found it inconvenient that the spa was closed during our stay and the alternative offered was not ideal.

Great location for Harpa concerts, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Perfect for exploring the city on foot. Many shopping and dining options nearby. Ample choices for buffet breakfast. Convenient lockers for storing bags. Spectacular views from the 8th floor. Comfortable beds and pillows. Sky Restaurant & Bar offers stunning harbor views. Mineral spa worth the extra cost. Helpful English-speaking staff. Easy access to public transportation.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling high street, yet quiet and with a beautiful sea view at night. The hotel's proximity to bus stops 5 and 6 made it convenient for us to explore different tours across Iceland. The spacious room and comfortable bed were a treat, and the heated floors in both the bedroom and bathroom were a luxurious touch. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, both continental and cooked. We can't wait to come back to this hotel!

We felt very lucky during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel's prime location right on the coast offers stunning views of the ocean and snow-capped mountains. Its central position makes it convenient to explore the city, with a bus stop right across the street for easy transportation. Guests can also easily visit nearby attractions like the secret lagoon. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options to start the day.

The rooms lack storage space, with limited shelves for clothing and no closet or drawers available.
